Terms and Conditions

Please read through this entire page to understand my terms and conditions. I will ask you to do so when purchasing a dragon. By confirming that you have read this page, you accept responsibility for the terms set forth. 


When You Purchase a Dragon:

  • You agree to the "Shipping Terms."
  • You agree to the "Live Arrival Guarantee."
  • You understand and agree to the "Health Guarantee."
  • You have read through "BSD Care Sheet" that came with your dragon. 
  • You are educated on bearded dragons (Pogona) and understand proper husbandry must be provided.
  • You have access to proper food and care for the animal.
  • You agree to our refund policy.

Shipping Terms

Local Fedex Hub

 

I will ONLY ship to your local FedEx hub. I do not ship to residential addresses under any circumstances.

All shipping is done Monday through Wednesday via Priority Overnight through Morph Market.

Shipping may be delayed in the event of bad weather (rain, snow, storms, or extreme heat).

Once your dragon is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. I will also text you the tracking number.

How We Pack

 

You will find a "BSD Dragon Sheet" included in each box.

Each shipment is packed in an insulated box using quality materials and great care. Every box includes a PCM 23 phase pack to help regulate temperature. A 72-hour UniHeat pack is wrapped and secured to the top of the interior insulation.

Boxes are filled with packing paper to prevent shifting during transit and to create a soft “nest” for the dragon.

Each dragon is placed inside a size-appropriate snake bag for safe and secure shipping.

Picking up your dragon

 

You, or someone on your behalf, must pick up your dragon within 2 hours of your local FedEx hub opening.

I ask that you message me as soon as you have your dragon in hand and confirm that it is doing well.

Failure to do so will void any live arrival guarantees — no exceptions.

All of this information will be included on the care sheet provided, so you can help your dragon acclimate to its new home smoothly.

Health Guarantee

We Guarantee...

 To the best of our knowledge, the dragon we are sending is in perfect health. They are eating well, breathing normally, and defecating properly, with no physical or internal issues.

We do not and will not ship any dragon with known health problems — I personally guarantee that.

You will also receive a full video of your dragon before shipment, so you can see the quality of the animal you’re receiving.

Once Receiving Your Dragon

 

If you notice anything unusual with your dragon, contact us immediately.

Do not rely on friends or search engines for answers — just reach out to us directly.

While rare, the stress of shipping and adjusting to a new environment can occasionally cause issues.

You’re always welcome to contact us for tips on your setup or to double-check that everything is being done correctly.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

Pre-Ship Video

 

Every dragon I have ever sold has come with a pre-shipment video.


This video shows the dragon from head to tail, including a check of every toe, tail, limb, vent, mouth, eyes, ears, and nose — everything.


You’ll know exactly what you’re getting and the condition of the dragon before it goes into the shipping box.

Dead On Arrival (DOA)

The health of our dragons is always our #1 priority.


In the event of a delivery mishap, you must provide clear photos of the damaged box and/or any deceased animal inside the original shipping container.


Do not remove any DOA (dead on arrival) dragon from the packaging before taking photos.


All photos must be sent within 30 minutes of the delivery timestamp.


If you are not present to receive the package, the Live Arrival Guarantee is void.

Replacement / Refund Policy

In the very rare event of a devastating DOA:

If you followed all policy terms, picked up the package on time, and documented everything properly, we will work to provide a replacement dragon that meets or exceeds the original in quality and value. If a suitable replacement cannot be agreed upon, and the DOA was clearly outside of your control, we will refund the purchase.
